Knowlegeable Home Inspection Team
We have over a decade of experience inspecting homes, and have worked in related industries since 1993. We stay up to date with all current education, standards, and requirements. All of our inspectors are individually Florida licensed, Internachi certified, and insured. We exceed the standards of pratice and follow a strict code of ethics set forth for home inspectors by the state of Florida and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Education is very important to us. We hold many specialty certifications to insure we provide the best service to our customers.
We Notice The Little Things
Attention to detail is everything. We start your inspection before we ever step foot on the property, by researching records. Its important to know as much about your potential home purchase as possible. We can all get blinded by the cosmetic effects or emotional feelings about a home. That's where we come in. As your advocate, we will inspect all the major systems of the home. We will check the roof, electrical, plumbing, A/C, water heater, appliances, and we check for signs of water intrusion. It is our priority to identify any safety issues, major defects or systems failing.
We have done over 5500 inspections in the Naples, Bonita Springs, Ft Myers and surrounding areas of SWFL.
On a Personal Note
A little about Cottage 2 Castle Home Services and the owners. We are a family owned and operated company. We grew up in Naples. We have deep family roots in South Florida and are proud to call it home. Over the past 25 years we built our life, raised our children, and followed our dreams to become business owners. We brought together a unique set of skills. Marc has over 20 years of overall experience working with general contractors, site development and lay out, ICPI certified paver/ retaining wall installation, and has been inspecting homes since 2008 with over 5500 documented home inspections. Natalie worked in the medical field as a Florida licensed nurse for over 22 years and helped to build the company behind the scenes. As the company started to grow, she became a Florida licensed home inspector. Together, we bring a great skill set to all aspects of inspecting homes.
